Binding Institutional Agreement • Academic Integrity

Welcome to Hudaflow Academy. These Terms of Service legally govern the relationship, operational rights, and binding responsibilities between Hudaflow Academy LLC—an officially registered corporate educational entity in the United States and Egypt—and the registered student or parent/guardian. By completing registration, booking a free diagnostic assessment, or activating any subscription tier, you formally declare your unconditional agreement to comply with these terms. If you do not accept these parameters, you are prohibited from utilizing our digital platforms or services.

1. Session Attendance & Operational Logistics

To preserve the structural efficiency of our premium learning environment and uphold academic sanctity, the following parameters apply strictly to all private classes:

• 1-on-1 Class Isolation: All virtual sessions are strictly private 1-on-1 interactions conducted between the assigned certified educator and the student, utilizing our proprietary adaptive software suite. Mapped curricula encompass the Holy Quran, Communicative Arabic, and Contemporary Islamic Studies completely unrestricted.

• Lateness & Attendance Windows: Students must log into the virtual classroom precisely at the designated time. Instructors are mandated to remain in the virtual classroom waiting for a late student for a maximum of 15 minutes from the session start time. If the student fails to arrive within this 15-minute window, the class is officially registered as a “No-Show” and deducted from the student’s monthly balance to compensate the tutor for their reserved time.

• Technical Force Majeure: In the rare event of an operational technical failure originating from our tutor or infrastructure, Hudaflow Academy guarantees a full complimentary makeup class credit. If the tech failure originates from the student’s end and persists for more than half of the allocated class duration, the tutor retains the absolute right to log the session as completed or adjust it based on their subsequent calendar availability.

2. Adaptive Scheduling & Late Cancellations

We provide extensive operational freedom to fit your career timeline while firmly protecting our academic staff from empty scheduling gaps:

• Advanced Scheduling Flexibility: Students can alter, pause, or reschedule any upcoming private session directly through their student dashboard with zero penalty charges, provided the adjustments are saved at least 12 hours prior to the class start time.

• Late Cancellation Penalties: Any modification request submitted with less than 12 hours of notice is categorized as a Late Cancellation. The session credit will be systematically deducted from the active package balance to preserve tutor financial stability.

• Scholarship Accountability: Because our fully-funded Fi Sabilillah Scholarship seats are strictly limited and reserved exclusively for high-commitment new Muslims in genuine distress, attendance is tracked with maximum rigor. Missing 3 sessions consecutively or separately without an advanced, officially verified medical or emergency excuse results in immediate, automated revocation of the grant to clear the seat for waiting applicants.

3. Intellectual Property & Privacy Safeguards

All software infrastructures, brand materials, and educational components remain under strict corporate protection:

• Curricular Ownership: All custom textbooks, interactive dashboard games, specialized PDF lexicons, audio-visual materials, and syllabus frameworks are the exclusive intellectual property of Hudaflow Academy. Re-distribution, commercial resale, public sharing, or duplication of these resources outside of your personal educational tracking is strictly illegal.

• Class Recording Restrictions: To ensure absolute privacy, child safeguarding, and a secure environment for our staff, students and parents are strictly prohibited from utilizing external screen-recording software, capturing class audio, or photographing instructors without direct, explicit written authorization from our compliance department.

Strict Non-Circumvention & Financial Isolation Rules

To protect the commercial integrity of the academy, students and parents are absolutely forbidden from soliciting, initiating, or accepting direct private educational arrangements with Hudaflow Academy instructors outside of our official platform. Furthermore, discussing salaries, payments, or personal financial details with teachers is strictly prohibited. All monetary operations, scheduling upgrades, or tracking calibration are managed exclusively by our support desk. Any violation of this non-circumvention clause will result in the immediate, permanent termination of the student’s account and the forfeiture of all remaining balances without liability to the academy.

4. Behavioral Framework & Compassionate Pedagogy

Our infrastructure operates strictly under a code of mutual dignity and emotional intelligence:

• The Respect Covenant: Hudaflow is anchored in a pedagogy of compassion and psychological safety. Our tutors are trained to engage adult researchers as mature, respected intellectual partners and guide children with gentle reinforcement. We strictly mandate that students and families reciprocate this behavioral standard, treating our educational staff with profound moral respect and honor. Any verbal misconduct or hostility results in instantaneous termination.

5. Governance, Modifications & Governing Law

The regulatory parameters of your subscription model operate under clear legal frameworks:

• Operational Adjustments: Hudaflow Academy retains the corporate right to update these terms or recalibrate subscription pricing structures to accommodate tech updates and maintain educational quality. Active subscribers will receive a formal notification 30 days prior to the deployment of any price adjustments.

• Governing Law: These Terms of Service are compiled, executed, and legally interpreted in strict accordance with the corporate laws and state regulations governing LLC entities within the United States of America. Any unresolved disputes arising from these terms shall be submitted exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts therein.
